I would give them zero if I could and wish I could get my money back. Worse plumbing service ever and cost me more to fix later. Jan last year: First they came to unclog a shower, they didn't do a proper job and a plumber that came about a month later found razor caps they missed from my previous tenants who clogged it. They also inspected a toilet that was built into the wall, the the toilet kept running but stopped with a double click of the flusher. They broke the flusher completely while inspecting it and said it would require taking out the tiles to fix the toilet issue which I knew it wouldn't. They left the flusher hanging off. It required me months to try and find the discontinued flusher they broke and to get this fixed by another plumber. Nightmare they came back again and still didn't fix issue just made it worse

Hired ASA to fix up the latch and hinges for an iron gate. They did a great job and the workman ensured that I was pleased with the work before considering the job completed.
