This post office doesnt deserve 1 star! Its extremely slow, totally inefficient and has a rude old guy on the parcel self service! (The other reviews clearly outline the same waste of space) 6 weeks ago I waited in a cue of 35 people for almost an hour!!. I finally weighed/paid for a parcel to be sent to Austria. After a few weeks of chasing, it had been sent to Australia!! - regardless of being clearly labeled Austria! When chasing Royal Mail you get no constructive response, no help and automated BS robot messages. When trying to claim Ive been offered a maximum of 50 when my track/trace & sign receipt clearly states 250 as per the items that are now lost in Australia. WTAF!! This service is completely broken & and incompetent! Massive letdown of a post office - Avoid at all costs

Great customer service today. Looks scary from outside but theyre pretty quick in the face of long queues. A staff member saw me in the queue with a parcel and was able to help me on a self serve machine, so I was done in 5 mins.

Really good customer service, Mike gave me wrapping paper, tape, and extra grey bags to ensure my package was safe to be delivered! Thank you

Completely unprofessional, like in most post offices. I went to return a parcel today during a work break. There was a long queue at the main desks. On the other hand, the man standing next to the automated machines who is normally able to scan QR codes for you, was engaged in a personal conversation with a woman, who was not waiting for any operation to be carried on her behalf. They were just standing there, chatting. The man saw me arrive and wait next to them, and actively ignored me. After waiting 5mn, I said "I am so sorry to interrupt you, do you do the QR codes here or do I have to wait in the main line?" The man answered "No it's fine, I can do it but..." he was litarelly about to tell me that he would do it after finishing his conversation! lol. Fortunately, the old woman with whom he was chatting, although impolite herself, got embarassed and left. I personally don't care that some people don't want to work, but I get very annoyed when they interrupt my workday because of their malpractice. If I had not done this little trick, playing it naive, he would have never helped me, and would have continued chatting for the next half hour. He took advantage of the fact that I was for the first 5mn the only client waiting on him. Another time when I was there, everyone was queuing in the same gigantic line including the people who wanted to use the financial services. A lady suddenly arrived, passed in front of everyone and went to what seemed to be the financial services desk, although the lady behind the counter was actually doing both normal posting services and financial services. I had seen several people in front of me in the queue waiting for their turn to use the financial services so I asked "is everyone behind me happy for this lady to go in front of us all?". She responded that she was entitled to do that because she wanted to use the financial services. The lady behind the counter, who had spent the last half hour doing both normal posting services and financial services, with stricly no one cutting the line for financial services, said nothing. The people in the line smiled at me, raised eyebrows and let her cut the line.
