Royal Mail Clapham Delivery Office

The worst delivery office. They do not help you at all even if they are there. If they are at work they will not help you. Even if they have strikes on days you are home. They do not care to give you your parcel. All very unkind. I never met so unpleasant staff

After two no-shows for home collection, I finally went to this branch and they couldn't even help me with a box for shipping my parcel. Pathetic

Im a small business owner and rely on the Post Office to deliver my products. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful and I cant thank them enough!

I have been very happy with the service from this delivery office, especially by a really friendly man who drives the van. I hope you all get the pay rise you deserve. A good honest postman really does benefit the life of everyone in the local area needs to be recognized and rewarded for their efforts. Thank you

It seems that people only bother to post reviews here when something goes wrong. I can only praise this place for its efficiency and helpfulness. Parcel collection is so much easier than regular Post Office - I wish I could divert all Royal Mail stuff there. Ive also started using this office to drop off parcels that need posting. All I need to do is pay for postage online and show the QR code on my phone. Much quicker and easier than going to PO on the high street. If they would only remove the stupid no bikes allowed sign from the door as there isn't any place to lock it outside. I would take half a star for that if I could.
