Fit to Last - Clapham

Ive been training with Fit to Last for 7 months which is the longest Ive ever stuck with an exercise programme. This is very much down to the friendly and supportive environment that James, Ali and their team provide. What makes them unique is the way they work with their clients to design a highly personalised exercise and nutrition programme, tailored to your individual needs and goals. I have noticed a massive improvement in both my mental and physical health since I started my training and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been doing online (via Zoom) personal training with Fit to Last for about 3 months and I can already feel the benefits. I have a lot more energy, and don't get that 'afternoon slump'. The workouts are carefully tailored and even when I had to exercise on a friend's landing (long story!), they were able to create a challenging workout despite the limitations of the environment. The daily emails are brilliant, just enough to help me make small changes without expecting me to shift everything at once. So, I am finding it very do-able and it keeps the motivation up. I am not usually one who enjoys exercise, but they are certainly converting me!

During the last four months of virtual training at Fit To Last, my physical and mental wellbeing have improved beyond all my expectations. I have turned around my eating habits of a lifetime, I am fitter and stronger and my self-esteem and motivation have been given a much-needed boost. In training I am pushed to my limit and end with a sense of achievement and anticipation for the next session. Success is due to the personal coaching and professional approach of James and the team at the gym. Thank you, guys!
