I started training with Suli on July 4th once a week for 12 weeks consistently. Social media can really influence the ideas we have about exercising and whats best, how achieve our goals etc.The point is to keep pushing. Over the 12 weeks Ive learned so much about myself and this has been the real start to my fitness journey. Soon Ill actually have an after pic and not just a before thanks to Suli hahaha. Having somebody to keep you accountable at times when you find its too hard to do it yourself may be just what you need, another little voice telling you just 5 more come on youve got this! I never thought Id be confident enough to walk into a gym like I own the place, to not be filled with that horrible anxiety, put the weights on the bar and just go for it. Its such a sensational feeling and I truly would never had been able to experience that without the help of Suli. Every question has been answered and every myth has been busted, I now know what truly works, whats right for me and what to avoid. Once you grow tired of the home workout and feel you need to take the next step itll be obvious who you need to call. Thank you so much Suli for everything!!!

Suli is the most understanding Personal trainer your ever going to find. She understands your needs what you want to do and like most of us shes been through what we are struggling to do. Finding that consistency is key and Suli has really helped me out. I cant believe the changes and how well I have achieved with her support. I listen to everything she tells me I follow the plan Im training between 5-6 days week my body is changing its toning and losing weight. When I struggle to find that focus she helps and guides me. I still have a long way to go but with Sulis help and support I will get there. So I want to say Thankyou so much Suli for everything you are doing with me it really means a lot to me and Im looking forward to working with you even more in 2021

I have been training with Suli for over 1.5 years and enjoyed every moment! It is clear she spends time preparing for every session to make sure not only its suited and challenging for me but she also takes into account what I enjoy so that the sessions are fun. I genuinely cannot believe how far I have come and how much more confident I am working out since training with Suli. She is the best!

I love training with Suli. She's a very good teacher who can break exercises down and work with you to perfect technique. She's also very good at motivating clients and making exercise enjoyable (as opposed to traumatic PE classes!). All in all, I'd highly recommend!
