Awful absolutely appalling on to many levels to say if you want literally no help with your ailments or you like the phone put down when your 2 minutes is up or you like being fobbed off with DRs that say I havent got time for this on a phone appointment stating im just here for the day ask another Dr they have increased my bad mental health honestly i had the same Dr for 25 years before he retired and i had to come to these Cowboys

I have been with the Queenstown Road Medical Practice for many years and could not be more impressed as it is well run and well organised. At every level they are proactive, helpful and patient. The reception staff go the extra mile and the nurses and doctors are always generous with their time. I make sure I turn up for my appointments on time and and as a result am rarely kept waiting. For those moving to the area I could not recommend the practice highly enough.

Getting an appointment here is extremely easy unlike other doctors nearby Ive never had to wait more than a couple of days for an appt and I often get same day appointments ..the longest Ive waited was one week. doctors are professional , however manager needs to do better, and keep patients informed of requests and update them on whats going on overall a good service from GPs and the receptionists are kind. Ive never had an issue with the receptionists , and when Ive been waiting for my appointment in the surgery, Ive always found them to be polite to others too The building itself is quite shabby, though, I think they need to move somewhere new

very rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience if your new to london you will think this is how all GP's are. I thought this was normal until I realize they have a 2.3 star rating. So its not just me that realizes these people are terrible. Everyone is rude, doctors, included. They speak over you, have no concern for your well being and hang up the phone before you can even finish talking. I'm so glad I am no longer regsitered here and never again!
