        1st time order, called local depo and booked in delivery when seen it had arrived. product and pricing good

        Impressed with product service excellent. Will order again. However the delivery driver was careless, managing to tip the pallet over while driving. 96x10kg packets had to be unloaded manually, some were burst, then the load was overturned onto the road, necessitating a further manual exercise to reload the pallet. My husband and I are in our late 70s, it was a tiring experience. No blame attributed to Bioglow.

        Never buying logs again (from elsewhere) sick of them being damp and having difficulty getting them going the compressed brickettes I purchased for larger wood burners burn so hot and last so much longer, I've bought a quarter pallet to try and I'm so impressed
