Took my money and didnt give me the card as said my passport wasnt real cant get a refund either

only getting a 1 so i can comment been trying for nearly a week saying there is a problem with my referee even though she has done this for me before never had a problem and was for drivers licence and then i found out you cant get a refund i paid 30 for fast track i have gave all the info and still keep getting knocked back i would not recommend using this service more stress than whats its worth .... to your response the application was never verified and i was the one that had to do the searching for the information that apparently not good enough

ive been trying to apply for this 4 days ago, i done online, i wanted it fast tracked which was 15 dearer, so they took 30 from me on the thursday this is now monday, they keep saying my birth certificate is fake, it was taken from my phone and saved on laptop via email, still not accepted, they send a email saying its not worked at 12 pm yet if you send after 12 it doesnt get seen till next day, ive had email replys from a disrespectful advisor Conor P Administrative Officer

From the very begining all staff were extremely helpful. It was a difficult case and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant.
