Did not remove my earwax and told me finished. My hearing is still affected. This is cheating What do you mean by minimal wax I went to the hospital and doctor told me there's lots of wax after your cleaning. Wax can't be removed in infected ear, but the doctor said he can.

I discovered at a hearing test that I had an ear blocked with wax. They (Boots) recommended The House of Hearing and I booked for the next day. I was very satisfied with the service I had from there and it was such a relief to hear my own voice loud and clear again.
