0 stars! FYI, the positive reviews on here are from the companys own employees. Just saying. The company is registered at a fake address, doesnt have a real office, and had multiple websites. Dont be surprised if your house share turns into an air bnb from one day to the next. Just avoid these fraudsters.

I lived at a Caledonia property for 4 months. It was a great experience. The housemates were chosen very well. Everyone was tidy and sociable The house was managed very well. We always had kitchen and bathroom stuff and you could literally eat of the floor, because of the cleaner that came once a week. Caledonia answered to requests very quickly. We had a broken fridge and shower once, but it was taken care of immediatly. Lastly, I really appreciate that Caledonia made it possible to let me move out earlier. Due to visa issues I lost my job and had to leave London earlier as planned. Caledonia really helped me out in that situation. Unlike other companies they actually put time and effort in finding someone earlier then they had to, which I really appreciate. Great company and great team which really cares about their tenants!

I've had a fantastic experience with Caledonia and their houseshares, which I'd say are the best in London. Each month household supplies are delivered and we have a weekly cleaner to take care of the property areas, what a great service. Extra thanks to Saher and James for their personable and professional communication throughout. I would recommend Caledonia to anyone looking to rent in London.
