Had an appointment to get a blood. I was called on time. The lovely Mandy carefully and quickly managed to find a vein, which previously at other hospitals or doctors surgeries I have been pricked with needle multiple times before theyd even got a drop of blood. Thanks Mandy

Friendly, professional and welcoming. Is just the start. This surgery is by far the best surgery I have experienced to date. The receptionists are phenomenal! Always willing to help.

I have been with this practice for over 30 years and have always had excellent patient care. The doctors are lovely, friendly and helpful. I have also had a very good experience with the staff on reception who are always extremely busy and overloaded with calls and appointments. I have however on many occasions been appalled by the way some people talk to the staff.

The receptionist had an attitude and was rude to me. I was talked down to, not listed to and was cut off in the middle of the sentence multiple times. I was asked about what medications I am talking. I didnt feel comfortable listing them as the waiting room was busy with other patients and asked her why naming my medications is relevant here. The receptionist said that I mentioned I am taking multiple medications, but she sees just 2: x and y. I was shocked that she named what I am talking even thought I specifically told her I dont feel comfortable with it. The whole interaction was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She ended with saying The nurse will deal with you. I think the only person that has to be dealt with is the receptionist.

A brilliant surgery. Great doctors, nurses and reception staff. Shout out to the Aussie lady on the reception too. Caring yet firm. Patience of a saint.
