        These changed a day trip booking to nasa as nasa were having a launch that day. (fair eniygh) They offered to re arrange to another day. However once rearranged we noted the pick up point wasn't at the original place near our Hotel so needed taxis to & from. Emailed them before the trip once we noticed. However did not receive a reply! The trip was bought as a present & included transport. So the recipient of the present ended up having to pay for taxis.
