Lovely modern looking store, lots of clothes and cheap books. One staff member was very loud with a customer who wanted to exchange an item without a receipt but he had removed the tags from the item. The staff member asserted that they could not offer an exchange which is fair enough however she was unnecessarily loud, causing the entire shop's worth of customers to hear and witness the spectacle she created, as if to embarrass the customer. I think low and calm tone would have been more appropriate and respectful.
