        Really difficult year in a property with an existing moth problem and eventually lost my furniture and a chunk of my deposit to replace carpets damaged by the moths. As Good Lord are just a deposit holding company there's no real recourse for tenants to challenge charges with this agent.

        We had rented a property managed by Grapevine Lettings for 5 years. There were lots of ups and downs but Jackie and Stephen were very understanding and helpful. They were very supportive during the pandemic and we are grateful for their assistance to date. This is not your typical high street lettings agent. It's an agency with a significant human touch.

        We rented with Grapevine for nearly 5 years and they have by far been the best lettings agents I have had - they responded quickly and efficiently to any issues with the flat and were very kind. Would definitely recommend!
