        Excellent customer service, wonderful attention to detail and really efficient delivery. I needed a last minute gift sent from Australia for my friend in the UK who had just given birth. The hamper was tweaked thoughtfully to suit a new nursing mum and every message was answered quickly to help the order be managed whilst I was overseas. Delicious food, highly recommend!

        Placed an order a week before Christmas, it didn't arrive until 31/12 after the courier tried delivering to the wrong place a few times. Hamper Lounge gave me a full refund for the inconvenience.

Despite the time I contacted them, the team (specially Sherree) made possible to deliver my gifts on time and just within hours of giving them a phone call. I am beyond grateful and impressed.
