After a rollercoaster ride, lasting nearly 5 months, we finally completed on the sale of our former property & the purchase of our new dream home thanks entirely to Charlie. We would not have got here without him. To describe him as ' a safe pair of hands' would be an understatement. He went above and beyond at every turn and was willing to help in anyway he could. Whilst I do not have extensive experience of buying property I have dealt with many many an estate agent & I know for a fact that Charlie was helping us out with sound advice ( & only when we sought it) ar outside of his remit as an Estate Agent. We were eternally grateful that he would NOT contact us if it was an issue he could solve himself and we had too many issues to list... He genuinely made what seemed the impossible .. possible! Cannot praise him highly enough. Having an estate agent of perpetual good humour whilst also being honest and warning us of the obstacles we needed to overcome was key in getting us through it. Whilst we doubted others in the whole process we never doubted Charlie and even if it had all fallen it through we would still have been grateful for all his efforts

We used CBWilliams to let our property in Wandsworth. Charlie had 6 viewings on the 1st day of viewing and offers swiftly afterwards. I was so impressed with Charlies knowledge and professionalism. I would certainly recommend him. Landlord

We completed today thanks to Charlie! Since starting our sales process over a year ago, previously using two major estate agents who apparently dominate south west London, Charlie was the only estate agent who gave us the right advice and actually vetted the buyers willing buy our flat. We noticed Charlies immediate skill, which lacked at the previous estate agents, and we managed to get an offer very quickly. I recommend his advice to any seller. We couldnt have done this without him.

Charlie was recommended to me by a friend who had no end of trouble selling his house in London until Charlie took over. Im so pleased I took up the recommendation. From the very start, I received sound and helpful advice; regular communications and an excellent service throughout. I agreed to pay a little extra to have the house featured prominently on the internet and the results were almost instantaneous with many more viewings. Charlie really cared about the sale and, if I wasnt in for a viewing, visited prior to the viewing and ensured that everything was ship-shape and presented as well as possible or the prospective buyers. I cannot recommend Charlie highly enough. It was a pleasure working with him and he deserves every success.
