I rented a flat with Daleside Estates for nearly 2 years without any issues. Louisa and the team are responsive and have always managed the odd, rare issue within 12 hours, not even 24! The property was in great condition and I always felt I was in good hands if I had any questions, I hope my next property lives up to the standards they set!

As a tenant, generally speaking, my experience with estate agents has been less than average to poor, however, Daleside is hands down the best estate agents I've ever had and would recommend them to anyone. Professional, eloquent and responsive.

We rented from Daleside for 2 years and couldn't have been happier with the assistance we had from Katherine and the team. If there was an issue it was resolved immediately and we didn't have to wait for anything to be fixed which is incredibly rare for London. If only all landlords we as helpful as they were during our tenancy with them.

Rented via Daleside for 2 and a half years and I was completely satisfied during that time. Contractors to fix any issues were sent quickly and they were skilled - meaning one call out was enough! Charges and rent increases were fair and clearly communicated. I cant find room for improvement.

Fantastic service all round from Daleside. Extremely friendly, polite and professional property managers. Would highly recommend. It's a thumbs up from me.
