Hamptons Estate and Letting Agents Clapham

We have been renting with Hamptons for just under a year. They are always so accommodating and super helpful. I previously rented with another local company who were terrible so its been a breath of fresh air this time round. Samantha is particularly helpful. Couldnt recommend enough!

dreadful. left damp unremedied for over two years. avoid if possible. (EDIT): note that hamptons contacted me about this review and left comment (see below) but did not remedy the issue. firmly stand by the 1*. genuinely useless company. if you're renting, make sure you check for damp.

I had a great experience working with Michael. I randomly walked into their office and Michael was very welcoming and ready to listen. After we exchanged what i am looking for he kindly looked into his database and found an apartment. To a very next minute he was ready with keys and we were ready for viewing. I randomly walked to the office so was expecting the usual Q&A and then we will reach out in case there is something. Here i was pleasantly surprised to have apartment for view which i liked as well. Andrew Walker, Joe Lewis and Oliver Brooks have all been hugely helpful over a stressful period of moving on existing tenants and preparing the flat for new ones. Oliver in particular has gone to great lengths to help with last minute details. Many thanks to all.

Great experience with Anca...she's always very quick to respond and deal with issues. Helpful, quick and excellent service,would highly recommend Anca and her team when renting!
