        Absolutely frustrating. Pixl8's underlying assumption when a support issue is raised is that the problem lies with the customer, either because you've messed something up or you don't know how to do your job. So, you go on to explain the problem again, possibly up to three times, and then they 'fix' it because it was actually a problem at their end.
