        WARNING ABOUT WHEYHEY ICE CREAM COMPANY Yes the ice cream is lovely. And when I ordered ice cream alone I received it. However I placed an order for ice cream and brownies. The ice cream came. The brownies didn't. I have emailed and been fobbed off and that's when they have bothered replying. The phone number is a waste of space. They never answer it.

        Very disappointed with this service. I ordered ice cream and brownies in November and still haven't arrived. The Instagram customer service do answer but can't do much, the email customer service doesn't reply and the phone line never answers. Such a shame. This company could do so well if they just delivered their items as its delicious.

        Appalling service. Ordered 8th November and never received! I've been fobbed off time and time again. I can only think the company is having financial problems. I have made so many complaints. I was assured I'd get a refund as well as delivery but this never happened. I was told this morning I'd get a call from their founder to explain but..surprise surprise.. a call never came.
