Have lived here for almost 2 years and have had nothing but a positive expereience. Incredibly friendly staff and anything we've needed fixing or replaced has been done very quickly. Makes a huge difference to feel secure and looked after. During the first lockdown we were offered other spaces for work which was an absolute life saver. Very rare to find this kind of service, especially in London.

Dodgiest Estate in London. I guess the only reason why the still have tenants is the amazing location of their flats. Rude and unprofessional staff. Problems since the first day. We lived for 8 months with a malfunctioning boiler. If youre thinking to rent one of their flats I strongly advise you to have a look at the Companies Houses information about this company: their accounts are overdue and they have received a notice for compulsory strike off! And they are still renting their properties! Be aware and do not trust them.

A very economic studio flat in Clapham Manor Street turned out to be an excuse to try and rip me off. The office manager was kind, gentle and friendly while the landlord was rude, unhelpful and a d***head. Nothing was never fixed. I had to leave after three months because I was harassed. In just one word: AVOID!
