My parcel to Sweden was stopped by customs and attributed an extra custom fee of around 100, for a total custom fee of more than 100.
I contacted UPS several time to have an answer as of why but they didn't seem interested in helping me or answering with more than a short sentence. I then requested for the parcel to be sent back.
Stephanie from caley's Apothecary has been very helpful for the whole time, and I had prompt answers to my emails.
I wish I could order from them without having to deal with some non helpful custom process, as they have a wide range for a very good price.
I cannot review the products but I am impressed by the customer services and thus would recommend Caley's Apothecary.
