        Because I can't giving 0 stars I am giving a one. Not only did they lose my sweater and try to blame it on me, but I've come back 10/12 times over the last 3 months for the refund they promised me for the price of the sweater and the price of the cleaning and have not given me either. They are completely wasting my time and they owe me a large sum of money. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this company for your services. They are rude, unfriendly, and are likely to lose your clothes.

        I took 2 dresses in for the hems to be taken up, both dresses were straight, i.e. no flared hem, no vents, a straight hem all their way round. The cost was over 40 and they offered Friday for collection (from Monday). When i came to collect they were dumped on the desk in front of me, they hadnt been pressed, they werent in a plastic covering and they didnt have a plastic bag for me to put them in (it was raining). When I asked about the pressing I was told that as I wanted them on Friday they didnt have time to press them, but I hadnt asked for Friday and could have picked them up next week ! There was no apology, it was as if I was a nuisance. I would not recommend this dry cleaners and if I could I would not give even star. Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
