My Ziggy's arrived with a fault but were sold out in my size by the time they arrived so could not be easily exchanged. Rogue Matilda offered a mere 20 discount (not a reasonable amount given the fault) or suggested I return them and sign up to the mailing list to hear when new stock arrived. Given the fact they had sent out a pair of faulty shoes and admitted this was their mistake i do not feel this is a satisfactory response. They refused to give me priority on purchasing a pair when returns or new stock arrived. I am a retailer myself and I know that if they really wanted to make up for the fact their mistake they could have offered a better solution. This feels like a very 'computer says no' attitude- not what one expects from a small luxury brand. I get the feeling that because their shoes sell out they don't feel the need to offer great customer service. This is such a shame as I really wanted to love this brand. I've now bought a pair of winter shoes from Penelope Chilvers instead. The silver lining is that i have ended up with a much nicer pair of shoes after all. This review would have been one star if it wasn't for the fact they did at least reply to my communications promptly.

As someone who has bought 3 pairs of Rogue Matilda shoes, I thought I should leave a review as I am obsessed! The customer service is fab - any questions I had were answered almost instantly, I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they helped me resolve this issue (returns is very easy) and delivery is quick. Not only do I LOVE my shoes, I had a great contact with the team. HIGHLY recommend.
