Awful experience! Ordered a pair of boots, arrived late after I asked what was happening,. Boots were wrong size in a correct size box. Returned via post office but no acknowledgement almost a month later. The costumer service requested a proof of return?! before they said they will issue the return. No apology given....avoid!

Returns service and customer service response is very poor. Return sent 17th June received by Hush 25th June. Royal Mail confirmation of delivery sent to Hush. With any other retailer the refund would be made without query and with courtesy. Two emails later and two weeks later and no refund. Customer service is unresponsive, reluctant and almost bot like. Hush you could learn a lot from other customer centered retailers. Lesson learned. I wont be buying direct from you again

The service and customer service is very bad. I ordered an item which was in stock, it never arrived - I was told that the item went out of stock and so cancelled my order and issued a refund and a 10 voucher. The refund never came back and the voucher didnt work...11 calls later to customer service and they are now delivering my NEW order to the wrong address. Ive spent alot of time (6 weeks) trying to get ONE item delivered. Cannot get hold of anyone over the phone and when i do it actually solves nothing.
