        Received superb service from a young lady named Janae this weekend. She was very kind, helpful and made me feel very welcome. She made my experience very warm and let me know that I was welcome and even recommended me a local restaurant. I will be making a return soon!

        I went and bought a fountain pen. they recommended me these ink cartridges and they didnt fit. I went for a refund and they said you cant return without a reciept and I was there 10 mins ago! i told my dad what happened and when he went to confront them they said they never told me that! once i persuaded him I wasnt lying we were really angry. Rachel was working. i would like an investigation.
