Handy Heroes Ltd

My daughter bought a flat from Handy Heroes in December 2019. The location and the design of the refurbishment were both good. The sales particulars promised meticulous attention to detail but that wasn't the outcome she was provided with. For nearly two years she has had nightmare after nightmare and we have now had to take these people to court. In our experience they are neither handy, nor heroic. Beware!

Ive had excellent service from Handy Heroes from actual labour to customer care. Ive gone to HH for plumbing and masonry (compliments to Dave Laye) and painting and decorating (by the outstanding Andy Voice). On the customer service side, Duncan Macpherson took care of everything for me. All in all, a very polite, trustworthy, and competent company.

Wow! I've been super impressed with Handy Heroes. We have had many builders decorators in the past but these guys are the best by far i have experienced. Arrives when then said they would ie 8am every morning. All 4 people I have dealt with have been equally professional and easy to talk with. They are also all very knowledgeable and nothing is too hard. (Duncan, Dave, Andy and Paul). They have an amazing attention to detail and care for the work they do but at the same time quick. They always protect the surrounding areas and there surprisingly seems to be no dust as they clear and clean as they go. They prepare thoroughly and the quality finish is exceptional. They have also been very adaptable and flexible as i have changed the brief here and there as we go. Thanks guys! Glen
