Burnt my mouth on your cappuccino. Not good enough. Rushed coffee making at a premium price.

As you can see we ate some toasties that were very nice but the star of our meal was this fantastic salad. Great service, good food, we had a nice moment.

I wanted to like this place so much ! The place is gorgeous and the waiter was so lovely (overwhelmed and still lovely) but the food is a BIG BIG disappointment. I live far from Clapham but Ive seen so many beautiful pictures of the French toast so I came to try it. The waiter told me it was a 40min wait in the kitchen and I was fine to wait for something that looked so delicious. When it came it was not what Ive seen in pictures. It was two tasteless pieces of VERY thin "brioche" toasted with lots of yogurt and 3 blueberries. I ate it because after waiting for so long I was starving but EWWW not good at all. I also ordered a croissant thinking that it was a safe choice but it was so dry. The iced coffee was good. Definitely never coming back for food.
