Booked at first they called me on the day to cancel, claiming staff was ill, fair enough so we rescheduled, (although I would have lost my money if it was the other way around) we changed for a month later. I've been to over 200 Groupons and this was the hardest place to find, even the postman didn't know where it was. Very unprofessional place & the sign that was on the wall could have given directions because Google couldn't take me to the shop just to the shoddy lane and sign this place was meant to be in, they couldn't be bothered to respond to my 7 phone calls or messages for directions , so if I were you i'd save yourself an afternoon of anguish and confusion and avoid this place at all costs, it was like Alice in wonderland trying to find the place. Joke as seen in picture was i meant to jump the wall?!? very odd!

The worst place ever Me and my 4 year old son are traumatized of this terrible experience. The place had no sign at the end of a very unprofessional place. It is not even a working place it is a room in a residential area at the end of a path. Which has gate with codes. And when we went in the door was locked behind us and there was no way back. The deal from groupon was mani-pedi shellac. That is why I went all this way with my child. The lady refused to do the pedicure and manicure she said she can only do file and shellac. And when I asked why did you sell this deal to me then, she said I didn't put the ad on groupon!!!! When I said I would like to have the service I purchased or my money back, then she started shouting in front of my child. And then she said she will ask groupon to refund me. I came out but the gate was locked and she was not opening the gate and letting me out. Finally my mom called her and said why you dont open the gate, the lady said because she is rude!!! My mom said if she doesnt let me and my son out she will call the police. I screamed and asked for help from the security of the underground in front of the gate, they wanted to call the police as well to get us out. The lady finally pushed the button and opened the door . My 4 year old son is traumatized of this experience, I am terrified. I am shocked how groupon even accepted such unprofessional and unacceptable place and advertises it. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Such a great deal on Groupon for a lovely service. Even with staff being unwell Rae fitted me which I really appreciated because it was the only day I could do before going away on holiday. Claudias Beauty Bar is a cute little Salon hidden away and Im very happy with my Nails so Ill definitely be back again soon. Thank you again :) xxx Services: Pedicure, Manicure
