A disappointing experience. I ordered an IBX nail treatment with a regular polish as I wanted to take a break from gel manicure. The first visit with gel removal and a regular manicure took almost 90mins, fair enough. After a day the layer of the nail polish started chipping, three days in and a half of the layers were gone. I came back to the salon, showing the manicure which was done 3 days before and requested redoing the treatment. The lady at the reception consulted the manicurist. they came to the conclusion that IBX had to be sealed with gel. 'ok' I said already intimidated, 'let's do it this way'. she put the transparent base and told me that for the colour I would need to pay 35 extra.. ( at this point I wasted over two hours at that place, not mentioning the money payed for the previous treatment which was 45) I refuse, then she lowered down the price to 18. I refused to pay extra again. she put another transparent layer of something, when I asked her why she hadn't used the substance from the bottles labelled IBX, she replied :'I don't do it' . I left the place without IBX which was the reason I had chosen the salon first place and poorly done transparent gel manicure, which started chipping 4 days in. I am leaving it here guys.
