We have been so impressed with Michael and his team at MLA. They have been part of our house project for almost two years - from checking the derelict property before we even bought it, to creating plans, liaising with planning permission, going out to tender to find a builder (who was also awesome) and project managing the build to the end. I have heard of many nightmare stories of house builds but can honestly say ours has been seamless, on time and enjoyable. For those questioning whether to use MLA for the project management side, we deliberated but are so glad we did. He has kept the project on time and on cost, and through his recommendations we have saved the amount of money the project management side has actually cost. Thank you Michael!

We have worked with Michael and his team over the last few years - and cannot recommend them enough. he helped us with the design phase before we even owned the property - when we were keen to understand what potential it had. He suggested the builders and organised going out to tender for them, and then he project managed the build. The amount we saved through his advice and suggestions more than compensated in his fees. highly recommend! Thank you Michael and the team.

A very positive experience. Our project included the initial design and plans for a reasonably sized double story extension with optional loft extension. Michael and team took the time to understand our plans and our tastes in detail and worked through the big and small decisions in a pragmatic and methodical way. We are very happy where we have ended up. We will be progressing the project with MLA as our key partner. Highly recommended.

MLA did a great job architecting our 6 metre rear ground floor extension. We had a decent idea of what we wanted but MLA helped bring this to life, proposing different options with detailed drawings and great communication. They were always very responsive and had no issues with all the tweaks and minor adjustments we kept asking for. What I didn't expect was all the hands-on help MLA provided throughout the process, including helping with tendering, analysing quotes from builders, site inspections, and making countless practical recommendations. Their drawings were also super detailed - several of the builders we spoke to said they'd never seen such detailed drawings before! I'm sure this helped to make the building process much smoother than expected. In the end, we love our new home and couldn't recommend MLA highly enough! Thank you!
