Only visited this shop once. Once too often. Such rude shop owner Wanted to over charge me for key cutting. Refused to give me an estimate until he had cut the keys. Ended up going to Brixton where i was served with respect & so much cheaper. ADVICE: Don't give this shop your custom!!!

Avoid at all costs! The owner literally made me cry, I have never experienced such bad customer service and was left very shaken up. I asked to cut my key and they wouldn't give it back to me unless I paid the money. I have asked to check the key side by side but they refused telling me I'm going to run without paying. When I said they can stand by the door so that wouldn't happen they refused and said that they are not giving me the key. After that they accused me of paying them with fake money and threatened to call 2 more men from the back to throw me out, I did not feel safe and I had to call my fianc for help. When he came they just ignored me and only said they will take the money from him only and give the key back to him ignoring that I am the customer completely and insulting me. Very rude and disrespectful. Horrible owners and quality of the key cutting.
