The pharmacist, Mrs Patel is very experienced and knowledgeable. She provided advice on supplements following Covid. I have found the team at Phillips to be hard working and pleasant.

To put it simply, Phillips Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have experienced. The owner who is also a pharmacist is rude to her own staff and to the customer. My medication was never available on the agreed date and the owner blamed everyone under the sun except herself. I used Phillips Pharmacy for two months as it is next to my G.P. surgery and then switched to another pharmacy on Clapham High Street as I couldn't handle the stress of using Phillips Pharmacy. I strongly urge you to avoid Phillips Pharmacy. You will only walk away dissatisfied, disappointed and and in all likely, empty handed as well as well.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 yrs and the customer service has really been good nelim and her team of staff really do deliver a great service and they show that they care and empathy always I am just very glad to know they are always there to help and deliver a great service
