        I really thought KFH looked after its tenants! It is clear that they do not. No windows or doors working to let air in and now damp and mouldy. We moved in 4 months ago and KFH have left and ignored this situation. We are now having to go legal!

        Max and his team have been fantastic over an extremely arduous sales process (arduous due to our onward purchase nothing to do with KFH). There was none of the usual hard sell/pressure that has been typical of estate agents in the past and we really appreciated that. The teams sustained positivity and commitment throughout was impressive as was the quality of potential buyers they have on their books. I have no doubt that this process would have been significantly more stressful if we hadnt chosen KFH and whilst I have no plans to move anytime soon I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that is.
