We had downsized from a large family home to a modern flat where the kitchen was part of the only living space. We knew we wanted to change the kitchen but had only hazy ideas about design and style. From the moment we met Jolanta and her team we felt we were in safe hands. She listened with care and interest to our thoughts about what we wanted and in developing the design we felt we were being advised, guided and steered but never pushed into anything we didn't want. Jolanta and Neil are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about the huge range of styles and equipment available and their attention to detail, both when making choices and the later stage of installation, was most impressive and we are delighted with the result. The process and timetable for designing, ordering and installing the kitchen was clearly explained from the start, also when the various payments would fall due. A more detailed timetable was provided after the kitchen had been ordered. When it came to installation, the fitters and other contractors who came to us were all very courteous, pleasant and well-supervised. The installation ran pretty much according to the timetable we had been given at the start. The few "snagging" issues that arose were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. Having tried three different kitchen companies to find a design for our kitchen, none of which could meet our requirements, we were so relieved when we found Eclectic Interiors. They immediately took on our project, understood completely our needs and design preferences and then worked closely with us to plan the new kitchen and specify all detailed aspects of the project. Jolanta and Neil took us step by step through the process, solved each of our problems for us, provided a proper work schedule and then stuck to it. Best of all they delivered all aspects of the project on time, from clearing the original kitchen, revamping the plumbing and electrics, delivering all the appliances as specified and installing the complete kitchen. The final touch was relaying the floor and then redecorating, so that we had a beautiful, finished kitchen, ready to go, on schedule and on budget to the penny. It has been a real pleasure to work with Jolanta and Neil, they have been understanding, positive and supportive throughout and provided us with a very professional and first class service. We could not recommend them and their company more highly. We are delighted with our new kitchen. Eclectic offers a very joined-up, seamless service from design through to fitting. A kitchen is a large capital outlay, but the team at Eclectic quickly gained our trust and instilled confidence.They provided a first class service and installed excellent quality products.
