I am a foodie, and very specific / fussy about Indian food in particular, having had the pleasure of eating home cooked Indian food for much of my life. Most Indian restaurants / take aways do not pass muster with us, because the food is often commercialised, not authentic, and not faithful to our rich traditions. The food at Chit Chat Chai is a rare exception in London. Most of the dishes I have tried there are outstanding, and it is obvious they know what they are doing. I have been a regular for years, and I would strongly recommend C3 to anyone who seeks proper Indian food. Short of home cooked food in an Indian home, or eating at a Hindu or Sikh temple, this is essentially the most authentic Indian food you will find in London.
