Ive spoken to Steve at the Ace of Clubs several times but finally managed to get there to use their facilities as Im currently homeless. i called Steve before I left my hostel in Streatham, I text him whilst I was en route and I called and text him when I jumped off at Clapham Common and he answered and gave me the very last few directions which was about 100ft away. I walked there within 90 seconds and the shop was totally closed. So either someone has taken over the body of Steve and playing games or it is actually Steve playing games with people who are altrady extremely low on resources and that includes money to travel from Streatham and back which couldve been used on food etc. i hope theres a valid reason otherwise its nothing less than shameful

What a joy to be involved with this service house for our less fortunates. The Boss, the staff and all the volunteers are my happy day place.....I have my favourite people but no names and am thrilled to help deliver warmth and calm to our guests.....Peace and Love to All.x
