        La ActiveLife is one of the best gyms in the area. Nice and quiet place to train after work with friendly staff. PT sessions with Michael and his team + gym classes are great value!

        I have been a member of this gym for many years, and have seen lots of changes! It has never been run so well, with Michael heading the team. Who are always extremely helpful and professional!
