The Shaker Workshop Ltd.

From start to finish, the service at shaker kitchen workshop has been exemplary. Hermione in the abbeville branch has been so helpful and responsive from the get go. We went through a number of different design ideas and nothing was ever too much trouble. The quality, in my view for the price is outstanding. Im really happy with the finished product. The fitters were also great. They have revisited a couple of times for minor snagging, normally with only 24 hours notice. Service: Cabinet construction & installation

I cant comment on their products but attach a photograph of their unorthodox method of delivering items to their store by illegally climbing over the gate of my house to the rear of their premises. I phoned them to object and before they huffily hung up on me, I established that the delivery team are part of their company. Some years prior to this they caused my long term tenant to quit after illegally parking and depositing their rubbish in the driveway and fly tipping in our bins as they are apparently too hard up to pay for a rubbish removal service of their own.

We went to the Shaker workshop to get a quote for our kitchen and had a very odd experience. The person serving us couldn't talk us through the options for the kitchen in specific detail at all and kept telling us not to look at different bits of the showroom kitchen because they were broken or not how they design the kitchen now (a bit odd for a showroom). We had no proper design or direction at all with the planning. When I asked about different bin compartments the server said that they usually just take their recycling straight outside (I didn't want a new 20,000 kitchen with no recycling bin). We didn't use them in the end but keep getting emails saying that if we pay our deposit now then we'll get 5,000 off etc.
