Says it opens at 7am - didn't open until 8.10am - I think the staff just make it up as they please

Rude staff. I went to pay for my groceries at the cash desk as I wanted to buy cigarettes and I was rudely told to use the checkout. I told the member of staff I wanted cigarettes and she just kissed her teeth and let me wait there for 5mins until someone else came to serve me. I went there a different day and I saw her arguing with a customer at the checkout tills. Maybe hire nicer people or use a Development Plan on your current staff, Sainbsurys?

Just wanted to say amazinggggg set of people who work here. All ways friendly and very quick to help when needed. Big shout out to Azmina and the team. Just want to say thank you to all of them for their hard work and dedication.

Very rude staff. Workers and manager didn't know how to check balance on my gift card. They said it's imposible.lol
