        Why exactly do you not have self-checkout in this store? This is the only grocery store in London where I need to queue up every single time. And its so akward trying to pack stuff into my backpack at the small checkout desk, I see everyone struggling with this. Whats going on?

        There's is too much for me to say in one review. However, to sum up I have never witnessed such poor customer service in my entire life. If it wasn't for the fact that they stock a specific product I need I would never return. You leave feeling like you've just lost a part of your soul. The vibe in there that emitts off the staff is nothing short of morbid. Maybe they are being treated poorly (I hope not) but I expect a simple hello at checkout. Head down scanning items and punching numbers into a machine is pretty much the service you get. At best you will get "tap here". I should know individual names by now given the amount of times I've been in there but I won't name and shame. Shocking...
