        I feel this shop shouldn't be called a superstore. They just don't have the variety of stock, world food isle is a joke. Spacious and clean, some staff are grumpy but I'm just here for the food.

        There are lots of self service tills (all switched on) but over half are nearly always turned off so you have to queue unnecessarily

        Very odd set up. A ton of extra self checkouts they refuse to open and instead make customers queue unnecessarily. The woman who was in charge of the self service tills at 1220pm on Saturday 7th Jan (Julianne maybe, couldnt really see the badge) was rude, unhelpful, slow and just wrong. Twice gave me incorrect information and went out of her way to be difficult resulting in many frustrated customers and long queues.
