Brutal food and long waits. Stopped by today looking for a quick bite. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Waited 20 mins when there wasnt a line. The bagel was cold, bland and clearly freezer burnt and stale.

Disappointing that the patties are not freshly made. They come frozen in plastic wrapping. The cakes also come in plastic wrapping and are from another patisserie.

Bagels we're fine, milkshake was like flavoured water. It had no consistency that even resembled a milkshake. No whipped topping like the photos, took absolutely ages to get my order with nobody else ordering ahead of me. Don't be duped by the rainbow bagels looking cool. This place is definitely not worth a visit.

Me and my flatmate was looking forward to trying this place as we had seen it numerous times on our walk to the shop and the (on average) good reviews on here but we was extremely disappointed for quite a few reasons that took us by surprise: 1) When we arrived, the two members of staff that was occupying the store at this current time didnt have any form of PPE on either of them (no mask, gloves, visors plus no visible hand sanitiser or hand wash) 2) The food that was very openly presented before us looked old and not particularly very appetising (please refer to the images I have posted) and was not covered or shielded at all. 3) I had to change what I wanted to order three times as they didnt have any of the fillings that I would have liked, then they still managed to put the wrong filling inside. This also happened to my flatmate. We also ordered a carrot cake but received a banana cake which we didnt realise until we had got home. 4) the preparation of the food was frankly quite shocking. It took them 13 minutes to make two bagels between them, I usually wouldnt complain about time but there was no other customers and I watched their preparation process and all they did was fill the bagels, toast for 2 minutes then put it in the microwave for a minute. All whilst they hadnt washed their hands and continued to talk between each other. 5) The colourful bagel looks inedible The bagels themselves was average, couldnt complain about the taste but it was nothing special and could easily have made myself. I think they may be ok if you are ordering for delivery, but I guess that way you never really see the establishment for what it really is.
