3 months still no mount even giving all the chasing. Its one excuse after another and Ive had enough im charging them back and using small claims court to recover not buy the 732 spent with them but the 590 i paid for the mount!

Earlier this year I sent Dave my HEQ5 Pro to be tuned. As I was moving house it was no rush and I said he could take his time with it. I've had it back and just recently given the mount a test and the results are brilliant, I'm getting an average of around 0.4 consistently and with a best of 0.3 on Andromeda. Well worth it in my opinion, especially as I'm using an Explore Scientific ED127 CF and that's a long scope! Thanks Dave

David tuned a heq5 pro mount for me 2 years ago and it's consistantly run at between 0.32 and 0.55 ever since. This year he advised me on a mount for a Redcat 51. I wasn't sure but I trusted his advice and i'm glad I did. I got a StellarDrive done to a skywatcher EQM-35. Took it out of the box last night, Went straight for 600 second subs, and it tracked between 0.40 and 0.55 all night on its first outing, with the counterweights almost horizontal. 5 star company. Thats a 600 mount behaving like a 2,000 mount. David really knows his stuff. You can trust him. Oh and hear is its first image 21 x 10 minute subs, Ha on the California Nebula. It's not even worn in yet. The image has hardly been touched.

Ive kind of given up with this company as there is zero customer services support.i can relate that thay are very busy and only a relatively small company but all due respect Ive must of sent around 3-4 emails over a lengthy time period and never heard a response back.its also pointless ringing as no one picks up the phone.shame really but will go else where from now on.
