I just had my first appointment with Sophie today and I was very impressed with her skills and knowledge. I had cupping for the first time and could just feel the tensions melting away! Excellent deep tissue massage as well, I could really feel the difference immediately. Im already looking forward to my next appointment! I would definitely recommend a visit if youre in need of rehab or a deep tissue massage. Thank you Sophie

Visited John with painful sciatica that was making even the smallest movements difficult. After one treatment and a list of stretches to do at home, my pain has eased significantly. John just knows what the problem is and how to help fix it. John will always be my go to with any physio problems.

Fantastic experience, not only was John able to pinpoint the problem he was able to elevate the pain and educate me as to why I was having the issue - I would throughly recommend him to anyone having any kind of issue and have - my parents are now regulars to the practice and have seen their own aches pains reduce whilst their mobility increase. John is now our go to person for any issue we are having and we continue to recommend him to friend and family as well as people who are experiencing everyday aches and pains.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say I am really impressed with Sophie. She knows her stuff..... the massage is great, I do feel the tension drifting away. Not sure about the cupping might give it another go before I make my mind up completely. But really, just to say Sophie is good, very professional and understanding.

The best treatment ever that I have had for my back! John was very friendly, easy going, very satisfied! Highly recommend John! Felt that John actually cared about the issues and helping you get better, spent the last 10 minutes of the session showing me stretches and movements to maintain mobility in my back and reduce further damage!
