Excellent work completed by Hampshire Drainage in carrying out remedial works to a collapsing 1960s pitch fibre drain. Great communication from start to finish. Quickly diagnosing the issue and completing the required repair and relining at the agreed date and a fair cost.

Chris came out to us twice to help solve a drainage problem with our first apartment. He was incredbile helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was okay for us. Chris did a thorough inspection of the failing pitch fibre drain which included cleaning it out thoroughly and running a camera through it. He quoted for re-rounding and re-lining the existing drain and also for having to excavate and put in place a completely new drain. He turned up on time, carried out the work without fuss, showed the new drain on camera, cleaned the site and all in the expected time frame and charged as quoted. My next door neighbour was so impressed by his attitude to the work that he asked for Chris's details so that he could use Chris if he needed any drainage work done.
