When I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty, the employee solved the situation by allowing me to swap the faulty product out for one that worked. Also just a great shop.

Absolutely awful. We use the snappy shopper service that runs out of this nisa. Not only are the deliveries always late and usually have the wrong items but the staff are rude when you call to track your delivery that is late by 2 hours. And to top that off after receiving a delivery today they didnt even give the basic courtesy of closing the gate behind them allowing my 3 year old autistic son to run out and go missing, resulting in half the neighbourhood out looking for him and a great amount of distress to my son and our family. I will never be using snappy shopper or this nisa again. The lack of respect is atrocious. Save yourself some hassle and go to co op, its cheaper anyway.
