We are absolutely delighted with our shutters. Having asked several companies to quote for us, we really felt that Tom listened to what we wanted and Gary did a great job fitting them into our less than standard windows. Linda in the office co ordinated it all. We will be asking American shutters to fit more shutters for us and would thoroughly recommend them.

We have recently had a pair of shutters fitted in our front room and are so pleased with them that we are about to order them for our big bay window. We had been deliberating for a very long time about what to do. Toms was the second company we consulted and to be honest it was chalk and cheese. He is so helpful and constructive. He was interested in what we were looking for and very helpful in explains what would work best for what we wanted. Linda was always very prompt and extremely helpful with any queries. The fitting was expertly carried out by Gary and the end result is a delight. The whole team are brilliant, we cannot recommend them more highly. We are looking forward to our next installation.

Really delighted with the shutters. They have honestly transfomed a rather small and inconsequential bathroom. Very well worth the outlay and the wait. The fitter did a really good job on an awkward window. If we ever decide to install more shutters I shall know exactly where to go!
