Needed a small piece of sawn oak which most building merchants stores dont stock . Staff friendly were and helpful , lovely surroundings to boot. Highly recommended

Great service from Stuart and James providing everything I needed for my landscape project. The pergola fitted together perfectly and my clients were very happy with the result. I would definitely use them again!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid! This company will almost certainly cause delays to your project. I dont wish to repeat the negative comments already left, so I will just echo every sentiment - given that I have experienced almost every single one of them!! The guy was full of empty promises of guaranteed delivery dates, he encouraged Cash on delivery payment arrangements (so as to avoid VAT declarations) and despite my having agreed to everything including the delivery date, nothing arrived. This was then followed by avoiding my calls or pretending to be Away from the yard or tied up with another customer whenever I called to chase. Annoyingly they showed zero regard for my tight deadlines which incidentally I made very clear and was assured would not be an issue from the outset. As other reviewers have done, I decided to cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. The attentive and professional service from their main competitor further emphasised the sh1t show that is Honeysuckle Bottom Sawmill. You have been warned!!
