Solus Decor UK Ltd.

We have used Solus on many of our high end garden design projects, since we came across them 2 years ago at Chelsea Flower Show. I have worked in the garden design industry for almost 2 decades and have never come across such high spec, stylish and robust fire pits and water features, their customers service is just as good as their products. I would highly recommend Solus to public and trade customers alike.

We purchased our Hemi fire bowl from Solus around two years ago. Polite and helpful service throughout and very understanding as we had to delay delivery to our house in Spain and they held it for us with no complaints. Have had many lovely nights with the ambience of the fire bowl adding that special effect. Recently misplaced the key for the gas valve and Laurence arranged for a replacement to be delivered free of charge. It came the next day! Not many companies left that actually do deliver a real customer service. Thank you.
